Press release Rally Arc’teryx 12h Climbing Terradets

Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.- The Virtual @lpin Club and Arc’teryx invites to participate on the 3th Rally Arc’teryx 12h Climbing Terradets 11 to 13 May on the Terradets Gorge, Catalonia-Spain.

After 2 years, the RALLY ARC’TERYX 12h CLIMBING TERRADETS have decided to step forward and make it an International Event of the long wall climbing 11 to 13 May – Catalonia-Spain.

A 12h Rally  is climbing for 12 hours acomplishing the màximum number of routes of long length (between 200 and 500 meters), which are located on the same wall or in several close walls. Each climbing route has a score depending on its length, its difficulty, the complexity of the line, the type of equipment, the descent, etc ... The total number of points determinates the winning team.

The Rally Arc’teryx 12h Climbing Terradets will have workshops  and screenings with the Arc’teryx climbers team Nina Caprez, Josune Bereciartu and Rikar Otegui, and also music bar, slackline shows with the Team of Gibbon ...

The Rally Arc’teryx 12h d’Escalade Terradets is organized by the Virtual @lpin Club in cooperation with Arc’teryx Equipment and the support of La Sportiva, Black Diamond, Gibbon, Sterling Rope, Wala, Catalonian and Spanish Mountains Federations and also Catalonian regional authorities.
